Ruby Falls Entrance & Ticket Atrium

Ruby Falls Village Plaza

A gathering place and crossroad to adventure, the Ruby Falls Village Plaza is the perfect spot to relax, savor time with friends and family, and take in the spectacular view. Enjoy the mountain breeze while creating memories that last a lifetime.

 

Shopping

Designed to encourage curiosity in caves and geology, the Village Gift Shop offers an extensive collection of curated keepsakes and gifts. Tried-and-true favorites and new classics, including a rock candy mountain, make this shop a pleasure to explore. 

 

Dining

The Back Porch on the Village Plaza offers a respite for guests to kick back and grab a bite to eat while enjoying the spectacular views at this umbrella-shaded, outdoor dining area. The Cavern Café is nestled in the historic Ruby Falls Castle and offers a variety of deli style sandwiches, wraps, and hot dogs, plus hot and cold beverages. Ruby's Kitchen in the Village Gift Shop offers grab-and-go dining, including sandwiches, snacks and drinks. 

 

Ruby Falls ZIPStream Aerial Adventure

Open seasonally, ZIPStream Aerial Adventure is the ultimate zip line adventure with obstacle courses spanning across three-acres of forest tree tops on Lookout Mountain. Featuring 700-feet of rushing zip lines, a 40-foot climbing tower, suspended obstacle courses and an incredible view of the Tennessee River and Tennessee Valley. ZIPStream offers varying skill levels with Orange, Green, and Blue Diamond ropes courses.

ZIPStream Aerial Adventure is a separately ticketed activity. Height, age and weight requirements vary by course. Discounted Ruby Falls + ZIPStream combination packages are available.
