After Hours Full Cavern Rental

Rent out the cavern for your next event, party or special date! Ruby Falls is available for evening rentals!

• Cavern rental is available starting at 8:00pm and includes full use of the cavern from the elevator to the Waterfall.
• Waterfall Room can seat up to 100 people comfortably in Theater style seating or 40 people in Banquet Style seating.
• Waterfall room is equipped for sound. (additional rates may apply)
• Specialty color lights are available on waterfall (additional rates may apply)
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve dat

Vow Exchange Ceremony - Have your own Cave Wedding!

For those looking to have a vow renewal or simple vow exchange ceremony in the Cavern:

• A Vow Exchange Ceremony for a Cave Wedding may be scheduled for parties of 20 or smaller.
• Guaranteed 15 minutes in the falls room.
• Does not include Ruby Falls Tour
• Guests are responsible for procuring minister and obtaining required legal documents.
• Due to the short duration of time, chairs will not be set up in the Falls room. Guests will gather around the waterfall.

For all Facility Rentals

• Ruby Falls is a natural cavern attraction. It is approximately a half mile walk to the waterfall, making the total walk roughly one mile. There are several steps and uneven and wet pathways. Please plan your wardrobe and footwear appropriately. 
• There are no restrooms inside the cavern. 
• Due to the unique nature of the rental space, guests must use Ruby Falls approved vendors - caterers, DJs, photographers, etc. Please contact Event Coordinator for approval information. 
• When considering seating capacity, please also consider space for banquet tables, head tables, etc. 
• Renter is liable for any damages and injury to the Cavern and Ruby Falls property and guests. 
• There is no smoking inside the cavern, and only in outside designated areas. 
• If alcohol is being served, it must be through a Ruby Falls approved vendor. 
• Rice, bird seed, glitter, open flames and confetti are not allowed in the cavern. Ruby Falls does not allow anything to be placed or thrown in the Ruby Falls pool. 
• Ruby Falls can provide rental of sound equipment and some decor. Please see equipment rentals or contact the Event Coordinator for special needs. 

Pricing Information

Rates are for Mid-September through Mid-May. For peak season rates, please contact our Event Coordinator.

After Hours Full Cavern Rental

Sunday through Thursday - $1150
Friday/Saturday - $2750
For up to three hours, $100 per additional hour.

Intimate Vow Ceremony

Any Day - $125 + Ruby Falls admission rates per guest.
